Urban Air Adventure Park joins Planet Fitness, who leased 19,889 square feet at 4250 Plank Road. Urban Air Adventure Park is a national entertainment concept with over 200 locations. The large-scale indoor trampoline centers host open jump, fitness classes, dodgeball, parties, and much more. The property, located along Route 3, is just one mile west of Central Park, Spotsylvania Towne Centre and I-95. This is their first location in the Fredericksburg market, with plans for additional locations throughout Virginia.
