Q- What has been the most rewarding aspect of owning and running your own business?
A- The most rewarding aspect for me, thus far is seeing everyone grow as individuals in their roles and at the same time watching the team come together. All of us came into this with unknowns and each one of us have gone outside our comfort zone to accomplish the tasks on hand. Individual and team growth is the reason we’re where we are now.
Q- Can you share a particularly memorable success story or moment that stands out in your journey?
A- Winning our first bid submittal with RVARC was a surreal experience. We started off subcontracting our work and moved towards independent bidding and advertising. Winning that first bid was a feeling that was hard to explain.
Q- How do you prioritize building relationships with customers and your local community, and what strategies have you found most effective?
A- Our customers are our priority. We strive to follow up with customers and get to know them on a personal level. We have an incredible team of technicians in the field that we get endless positive feedback on. Our gals in the office are the foundation of the company and do an amazing job building genuine relationships with customers and vendors alike. I think I speak for the entire team when I say this but conversing with our customers is the best part of the job.
