Leadership Fredericksburg
Leadership Fredericksburg is a nine-month immersive program that brings together a diverse cohort of professionals from across the region to grow as purpose-driven leaders. Participants engage in monthly learning sessions held throughout Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford counties, as well as the City of Fredericksburg.
More than a leadership course—it’s a transformational experience. Program alumni now represent one of the strongest leadership networks in the Fredericksburg Region.

LeadShares are biweekly, non-compete networking groups that help members build meaningful connections and share warm referrals. By getting to know each other’s businesses, members grow their network and sales naturally—through trust, collaboration, and shared expertise.
