Paragon Theaters and Penny Lanes, in partnership with The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, hosted a relaunch party the weekend of October 14th. This relaunch showed the Fredericksburg community the many new things in the buildings that have been upgraded and added. The ribbon cutting was the kick-off to a weekend full of fun. On Saturday the 15th, Paragon and Penny Lanes held “Village-fest,” an open house where ticket proceeds were donated to a local Fredericksburg charity.
Susan Spears, President and CEO of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce opened the event, “If you haven’t been to the theater lately, you need to come. It is a beautiful space to enjoy with your family. The theater matters to the Chamber because they have decided to invest in our community, the Fredericksburg Region, and we couldn’t do what we do without businesses like you.”
Paragon Theaters boast 12 auditoriums, three all-brand NEW Axis15 Extreme theaters, and a tilted screen by 15 degrees. Penny Lanes has 6 new Spark VIB Bowling lanes and interactive augmented reality gaming.
Joe Bell, from Cafaro, said, “This is a magnificent facility, the premier entertainment facility in our region. People come from around to enjoy one or all activities.”
