Concerted Care Group, founded in 2015 in Baltimore, Maryland, merged with Kolmac Outpatient Recovery in 2021. Dedicated to supporting individuals affected by substance use and mental health disorders, the organization provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment to enhance the quality of life for those it serves. Currently, it offers Medication-Assisted Treatment for substance abuse and aims to expand its services to align with offerings at its other locations. Planned additions include Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Programs, mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and more, with services tailored to meet community needs.
