Burlington Coat Factory leased 27,706 square feet in the former Ashley Furniture space at Central Park Marketplace. They plan to open early 2023. TJ Maxx leased 24,850 square feet immediately adjacent to Burlington Coat Factory in the former A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts space.
