Leadership Fredericksburg

Leadership Fredericksburg is a nine-month course takes place at various locations around the Fredericksburg region. It provides the community with a pool of highly skilled and motivated leaders from a cross-section of industry who are deeply committed to improving the quality of life in the region while leading with integrity, best practices, and guiding principles. Next Generation of Business Leaders (NextGen)

NextGen provides opportunities for young professionals to engage and get involved in our community through professional development, civic outreach, and social/business networking. Next Gen hosts the annual Made in FredVA business competition, Reverse Raffle, and Top 10 of Next Gen. Meets monthly at lunches and happy hours. Learn more.

Chamber's Network of Enterprising Women (CNEW)

A monthly luncheon with business topics geared toward professional women. Meets monthly on the third Tuesday from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Learn more.

Government and Military Affairs Committee (GMAC)

Chamber Ambassadors

The mission of the Chamber Ambassador Program is to increase retention of new and existing members. Becoming an Ambassador opens an opportunity to connect with other individuals on a professional basis.
